Los autores con el Dr. Jaime del Barrio (consultor y ex consejero de Sanidad en Cantabria) y Julio Jesús Sánchez, ingeniero de Telecomunicaciones y gerente de Telefónica Empresas.
Prologado por Santiago de Torres, director de la colección y presidente de Atrys Health, este primer libro describe la situación actual del sector del eHealth en España y Europa en general. A la vez que anticipa algunas tendencias que acelerarán los cambios en los próximos años.
Después de haber batallado con el tema de eHealth entre 2010 y 2014 en España y Latinoamérica, agrego algunas reflexiones personales sobre como veo la evolución del sector y de dónde podrían venir los cambios necesarios para que la salud digital se desarrolle en los próximos años.
In this article for the Telefónica Empresas blog, I review the recent book published by LID Editorial within the framework of the new Health Tech collection that was recently presented. The authors with Dr. Jaime del Barrio (consultant and former secretary of Health in Cantabria) and Julio Jesús Sánchez, Telecommunications engineer and manager of Telefónica Empresas.
With a foreword by Santiago de Torres, director of the collection and president of Atrys Health, this first book describes the current situation of the eHealth sector in Spain and Europe in general. At the same time, it anticipates some trends that will accelerate changes in the coming years.
After having struggled with the issue of eHealth between 2010 and 2014 in Spain and Latin America, I add some personal reflections on how I see the evolution of the sector and where the necessary changes could come from so that digital health develops in the coming years.
